I'm Ori Schwegler, a competitive bodybuilder with years of experience helping people serious about lasting change. My approach is simple: most people don't fail from lack of willpower, they fail because their plan was never built for them. Whether you're juggling a busy career, a family, or just starting out, I design training and nutrition programs around your life, not the other way around. The goal isn't just a fitter body, it's the energy, confidence, and consistency that flow into everything else you do.
